Alright guys, so ill be working till around 1 30 or 2 ish tonight so i decided to post a new song and poem up now :P. The song is called “Trust Your Heart”. It was inspired by a time where i had to make a personally difficult choice. I had to choose to either follow what my heart wanted to make it happy but at the same time sacrifice my own safety, security, comfort and time; or to take the more straightforward blunt, “smart” decision that would have left me without something i really cared deeply about. The poem im pairing it up with is simply titled, “Decisions” and i think it works really well with how i felt. Let me know what you guys think. thanks a bunch, you guys have been really great.

Decisions

Trickle trickle goes the sand;

Hour hour flows through hand.

Bottle it up, lickity split;

If Time runs out, simply flip.

Swirling thought ‘round and ‘round;

If you stop I’ll put you down.

Back of mind or front of lobe;

Labor toil strife doth strobe.

Flash of mem’ry, flash of light;

Flash of pleasure, flash of fright.

Colors mix bob ‘n weave;

From my plight no reprieve.

Red or Blue, Black or Green;

The moment strikes op’ning seen.

The bomb is ticking, begging please;

Sweat runs cold, weak goes knees.

Which wire to cut?
